Mechanism of action

TADALAFIL has the same mechanism of action as Sildenafil Citrate. But the benefits are obvious. The effective period of time the treatment will act is between 25 and 35 hours. Dosage.

Put this medicine into your mouth and wash down with some water. You may even take it meal. The tablet is normally taken 30 or 60 minutes before sex activity. Please bear in mind you should not take the tablet more than 1 daily. You'd better not take your tablet more often than the instruction prescribes.

What if I forgot to take a tablet?

Drug interactions.

Using the following drugs may make the risk of life-threatening side effects bigger.

• nitrates like amyl nitrite, isosorbide dinitrate, isosorbide mononitrate, nitroglycerin

This drug can likewise cause interactions with the following drugs:

• certain drugs for high blood pressure

• certain drugs for the treatment of HIV infection or AIDS

• certain drugs used for fungal or yeast infections, like fluconazole, itraconazole, ketoconazole, and voriconazole

• certain drugs used for seizures like carbamazepine, phenytoin, and phenobarbital

• grapefruit juice

• macrolide antibiotics like clarithromycin, erythromycin, troleandomycin

• medicines for prostate problems

• rifabutin, rifampin or rifapentine

This citation of drugs does not include all apt interactions. Make your physician aware of all the preparations, herbs, non-prescription drugs, or fat burners you take. Also let him know whether you smoke, growler-rashing, or take forbidden drugs. Some of them increase possibility of side effects.

Possible negative health outcome.
